Notice Relating to Personal Data Protection Act 2010


  1. Introduction

 

1.1     eVULX International Sdn. Bhd (hereinafter refer to as “eVULX” or “we” or “us” or “our”)  views your personal data and privacy seriously. This Notice is issued pursuant to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

 

1.2     We are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws when you use any of the features, functions, mini-apps or mobile apps  available on our Portal or Platform or Services, interact with us via an external service, application or through our Content Providers, or access our Services or our Platform through your computer, mobile device, or any other device with Internet connectivity.

 

1.3     Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By clicking or checking “I Accept” or “I Agree” or “Sign Up”, or  accepting the Terms of Use, or agreeing to use our Portal or Platform or Services, or accessing to our Portal or Platform or Services, or you agreeing to be our members as our Content Provider (if you are our Content Provider), you (hereinafter refer to as “you” or “your”) have unconditionally and expressly agree, accept and consent to our  collection, use, disclosure, storage, retention, transfer and/or processing of all your  personal data for the purpose set out herein , and under the terms of, eVULX’s Privacy Policy and/or terms and conditions for the use or access to our Portal or Platform or Services. You hereby acknowledge and warrant that you have read and understood all the terms of this eVULX’s Privacy Policy , including all the effects therein, and agree to the terms of eVULX’s Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the terms of eVULX’s Privacy Policy.

 

1.4.    In the course of you using eVULX’s Portal or Platform (including all related applications and websites (both web and mobile versions), as well as products, information, functions and other services operated by eVULX or its Contents Provider) or Services, we will be collecting, using, disclosing, storing and/or processing data, including your personal data. In this eVULX’s Privacy Policy, “Portal” or “Platform” shall refer to all relevant applications and websites (both web and mobile versions), and “Services” shall refer to all products, information, functions and services provided by eVULX or its Contents Providers from time to time at the Platform(s).

 

1.5.    This eVULX’s Privacy Policy exists to notify you how we collect, use, disclose, store and/or process the data we collect and receive during the course of providing the Services or access to the Platform to you (whether as our user or Contents Providers or our members), whether or not you have registered to use our Services. We will only collect, use, disclose, store and/or process your personal data in accordance with this eVULX’s Privacy Policy.

 

1.6.    You MUST read this eVULX’s Privacy Policy (including all its modification, amendment, changes and/or updates which may be made from time to time) together with any other applicable notices we may provide for specific applications (if any) in order for you to be fully aware of how and why we are processing your personal data.

 

1.7.    We may modify, amend, change and/or update this eVULX’s Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modification, amendment, changes and/or updates to this eVULX’s Privacy Policy will be uploaded on our Portal or Platform. Your continued use of the Services or access to the Portal or Platform or being our Contents Providers or our members, you unconditionally and expressly agree, accept and consent to the terms and conditions of modification, amendment, changes and/or updates to this eVULX’s Privacy Policy. You unconditionally and expressly acknowledge and agree that it is your sole obligations to read, review and check the eVULX’s Privacy Policy, including its modification, amendment, changes and/or updates every time you use our Services or access to the Portal or Platform or continue to maintain your membership with us.

 

1.8.    This eVULX’s Privacy Policy shall form part and integral part of the terms of all our notices, contractual terms and conditions and consent clauses, including the terms relating to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by us and is not intended to override them unless we expressly state otherwise.

 

1.9.    All of these terms and conditions apply to eVULX's users, whether or not the users have created an account with us, and all eVULX’s Contents Providers and/or members.

 

2. Description of your personal data we may collect

 

2.1     Your  personal data we collect may include:  

(a)      any information about an individual (whether recorded in a material form or otherwise, and irrespective true or otherwise), who can be identified from that data (whether directly or indirectly), or from that data and other data to which we have or are likely to have access;

(b)     such data (including sensitive data) may include information concerning your personal details (such as name, age, gender, identity card number, passport number, date of birth, education, race, ethnic origin, nationality, citizenship), contact details (such as address, email, phone numbers), family information (such as marital status, name of spouse or child or immediate family), occupation details (such as employer name, income range, job title, job responsibilities, employer’s contact information and address); and

(c)      other information which we may from time to time request for certain other personal information that may be relevant for the access to our Portal or Platform, or use of the Services.

 

2.2     You may have supplied and may continue from time to time, to supply us with your personal data and information in connection with you being our members or Contents Providers, or user of our Portal or Platform, or use of the Services provided by us or compliance with any laws, guidelines or requests issued by regulatory or other authorities. Your visit to our Portal or Platform or website may be recorded for analysis on the number of visitors to the site and general usage patterns. Some of this information will be gathered through the use of "cookies".

 

2.3     Depending on your use of our Portal or Platform and/or your interaction with our Services (such as when registering for our Services and/or logging into our Portal or Platform), you may be required to provide us with certain personal data or information. You can elect not to provide us with those personal data or information. However, you might not be able to take advantage of many of our Services that are provided to you or access to our Portal or Platform. The personal data that you may opt to provide to us are as follows:

(a)         Profile Data and Identification, which may include your name, date of birth, gender, username and password, email address, telephone number, your interests, profession, nature of business, particulars relating to your profession or business and any personal data in any photographs or videos or audio recordings that you upload onto our Portal or Platform. 

  • Where you are a Content Provider or our member, we may also collect your company/ business name, address, date of incorporation, and other business-related information (including company registration number, business licence, tax information, shareholder and director information or proprietor information).

(b)         Data relating to your Usage, such as information about how and when you use the Portal or Platform, and Services or view any content on the Portal or Platform, and/or  as websites you were visiting before you came to the Portal or Platform and other similar statistics.

  • Where you are a Content Provider or our member, we may also collect information relating to your listing or profile in our Portal or Platform and/or publication.

(c)         Communication, Promotion and Marketing Data, which may include your interests, survey responses, preferences in receiving marketing materials from us and your communication preferences, your preferences for particular products or services, as well as your feedback, chat, email or call history on the Portal or Platform or with third party service providers.

(d)         Location data, such as the time and place where you access to our Portal or Platform, or area where you requires the Services.

 

2.4     We automatically collect and process certain types of information when you use your devices to access or interact with our Portal or Platform and use of our Services for the purposes set out herein or in the Terms of Use. 

 

2.5     You may choose to provide/ supply or refuse to provide/ supply your personal data and information to us. Failure to provide/ supply such personal data and information may result in us being unable to allow you to continue to be our Contents Provider or member, or listing your profile, or use the Portal or Platform, or use the Services.

 

2.6     Upon you providing or supplying to us your personal data and information, you have unconditionally and expressly agree, accept and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, retention, transfer and/or processing of all your my personal data provided or supplied to us for the purpose set out herein.

 

3. How we receive your personal data

 

3.1     During the course of your use of the Portal or Platform, and/or  your usage of the Services, we may receive personal data and information from you when:

(a)             you browse our Portal, Platform or websites (both mobile and web versions);

(b)             you activate or use any functions available on the Portal or Platform or provided by our third party service providers;

(c)             you use any of the features, functions, mini-apps or mobile apps available on the Portal, Platform or Services;

(d)             you record any user-generated content which is uploaded on the Portal or Platform;

(e)             you create an account (where applicable) with us (as Contents Providers or user or otherwise);

(f)              you log in to your account on the Portal or Platform or otherwise interact with us via an external service or application, such as Facebook or Google;

(g)             When any other user of the Platform posts any comments on the content you have uploaded on the Platform or when you post any comments on other users’ content uploaded to the Platform;

(h)              as our members or Contents Providers, you list products and/or services or your profile on the Portal or Platform and/or on the platforms of our affiliates, and conduct transactions with our members or Contents Provides;

(i)              you apply for, subscribe to or otherwise use any of the Services on our Portal or Platform and/or on the platforms of our affiliates;

(j)              you make a transaction regarding the products or services available on the Portal or Platform;

(k)             you use the chat function on the Portal or Platform;

(l)               you interact with us online or offline, including when you interact with our Contents Providers or our service providers;

(m)            you subscribe to our publications, promotional or marketing collaterals;

(n)             you enter a competition, promotion or survey;

(o)             you participate in any activity or campaign on the Platform and/or;

(p)             a third party lodges a complaint against you or the content you have posted on the Portal or Platform.

 

3.2     We may collect or process personal data and information from you, third parties (including but not limited to our service providers, agents, suppliers, vendors, contractors and  partners, who collect your personal data information and/or perform functions on our behalf, or with whom we collaborate, including but not limited to our service providers, marketing and other service partners), our affiliates, or such data may be collected or processed automatically when you use the Portal or Platform or the Services, as set out in this section.

 

3.3.      We or our authorised service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies in connection with your access to the Portal or Platform, or list your profile onto our Portal or Platform, or use the Services.

 

3.4       When you access our Portal or Platform or websites through your computer, mobile device, or any other device with Internet connectivity, our servers will automatically record data that your browser sends whenever you visit a website, such as the technical data and usage data outlined.  This data is collected for analysis and evaluation in order to help us improve our Portal or Platform or website and Services, and assist us to personalise the content to match your preferred interests more quickly. The data is also collected to make the Portal or Platform or Services more convenient and useful to you, and to provide more relevant advertising related to market products, services and features to you.

 

3.5       Cookies and web beacons may be included on our Portal and  Platform  to allow us to recognise a particular device or browser and count users who have viewed our websites so that we can better understand your preference and interests.

 

3.6.      You may be able to manage and delete cookies through your browser or device settings. Certain cookies are required to enable core functionality.  Deleting cookies may affect the functionality available on the Portal and Platform or our Services.

 

3.7     During the course of your use of the Portal or Platform and our provision of the Services, you agree that you have provided your consent (whether to us, the third party or our affiliates) to the transfer of your personal data and information from third parties and/or our affiliates to eVULX for the purposes set out in this eVULX’s Privacy Policy or any other terms.

 

3.8     You unconditionally agree, represent and warrant that you will only submit personal data and information which is accurate and not misleading and to keep it up to date and inform us of any changes or update to the personal data and information that you have provided to us. We shall have the right to request for documentation and carry out the necessary verification of the personal data provided by you as part of our user verification processes or as required under law. For avoidance of doubt, you unconditionally agree that we are under no obligation to verify the accuracy of your personal data and information.

 

3.9     We will only be able to collect certain categories of personal data if you voluntarily provide the personal data and information to us or as otherwise provided for under this eVULX’s Privacy Policy. If you choose not to provide your personal data to us or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your personal data and information, we may not be able to provide you with certain features or functionality on the Services, or access to or use of the Portal or Platform.

 

3.10.   In the event  you  provide personal data or information of other individuals to us (such as your family members or friends or persons in your contact list), you unconditionally undertake, represent, assure and warrant that you have obtained the necessary explicit consent, authority, license and permissions from such individuals to disclose, share and transfer his/her personal data to us, and for us to collect, store, use, disclose or otherwise process that personal data and information in accordance with this eVULX’s Privacy Policy.

 

4. Purpose

 

 

4.1       The purposes for which your personal data and information may be collected, used and processed include but not limited to: 

(1)             performing our contractual obligation and for the continuation of such contractual obligations;

(2)             administering and giving effect to your transaction with us and our Contents Providers;

(3)             administering and/or providing the Services and/or all services related to or connected with or arising from or in relation to the Services;

(4)                 improving our Services;

(5)             communicating with you;

(6)             facilitating the communication or connection between the users and our members/ Contents Providers;

(7)             facilitating your access or use of the Portal or Platform, and use of the Services;

(8)             administering the online account that you may have set up with us.

(9)             conducting analytics, research, business and development;

(10)           conducting surveys, including carrying out research on our users’ demographics and behaviour to improve our current technology (e.g. voice recognition tech, etc) via machine learning or other means;

(11)           improving the layout or content of the Portal or Platform and customise the contents for users;

(12)           identifying visitors on the Portal or Platform;

(13)           providing you (or your company or business, if applicable) with information and/or updates on our Services and/or products offers by us or our related affiliates or Contents Providers;

(14)           deriving further attributes relating to you based on personal data provided by you (whether to us or third parties), in order to provide you with more targeted and/or relevant information;

(15)           conducting data analysis, testing and research, monitoring and analysing usage and activity trends;

(16)           further developing our Services;

(17)           performing Legal and operational purposes, including but not limited to

(a)              obtain legal and/or financial advice;

(b)             enforce our rights and/or commence legal action;

(c)              ascertain your identity in connection with fraud detection purposes;

(d)             compare information, and verify with third parties in order to ensure that the information is accurate;

(e)              process any complaints, feedback, enforcement action and take-down requests in relation to any content you have uploaded to the Portal or Platform;

(f)              produce statistics and research for internal and statutory reporting and/or record-keeping requirements;

(g)             store, host, back up your personal data for operational, legal or business purposes;

(h)             share personal data in connection with any proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business, provided that we satisfy the requirements of applicable data protection law when disclosing your personal data;

(i)              prevent or investigate any actual or suspected violations of our Terms of Use, eVULX’s Privacy Policy or any of our policies, fraud, unlawful activity, omission or misconduct, whether relating to your use of our Services or any other matter arising from your relationship with us;

(j)              perform due diligence;

(k)             comply with legal and regulatory requirements (including, where applicable, the display of your name, contact details and company details), including any law enforcement requests, requests by any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over eVULX, in connection with any legal proceedings, or as otherwise deemed necessary by us; and

(l)              protect the life, health or personal safety of eVULX’s employees, its users and/or the public.

(20)             better understanding your needs;

(21)             enabling our members/ Contents Providers to provide services;

(22)             administering your participation in any contest/programme related to the public organized by us;

(23)             conducting internal activities, and other business activities;

(24)             sending you festive messages, promotional message and special offers, or event invitations based on selective events

(25)             performing

 (a)    purposes related to eVULX’s functions and/or business activities and/or events;

(b)      security and fraud prevention;

(c)      statistical analysis of data;

(d)      profiling your preferences;

(e)      future direct marketing and promotion to you;

(f)      our corporate governance or our corporate exercises;

(g)      event invitations based on selective events printed and

(26)             complying with the Companies Act 2016;

(27)             inclusion in media engagements and / or any relevant or related events;

(28)             preparing guest invitations, registration and / or sign-ups for our events;

(29)             sending you online publications or physical publications;

(30)             sending newsletters or promotional marketing materials to you;

(31)             Any other purpose in compliance with our obligations under applicable laws;

(32)             storing your personal data and information;

(33)             creating and maintaining a common database;

(34)             such other purposes directly or indirectly related to the foregoing.

 

4.2       Where you are a user or visitor to our Portal or Platform or websites, your personal data and information which we collect from you or via third parties may be used for other purposes, such as:

(1)         processing your personal data and information;

(2)         providing your personal data and information to our members and/or Contents Providers

(3)         providing you support for our Services;

(4)         verifying and carrying out transactions in relation to or incidental to the Services;

(5)         providing Services, including all matters related to, incidental with, consequence upon and/or in relation to your usage of the Services, such as:

  • displaying your name, username or profile on the Portal and/or Platform (including on any reviews you may post);
  • facilitating the use of the mini-apps available on the Portal and/or Platform;
  • responding to your queries, feedback, claims or disputes, whether directly or through our Contents Providers and/or any third party service providers;
  • displaying on scoreboards on the Portal and/or Platform in relation to campaigns, or any other activity;
  • allowing other users and/or our members and/or the Contents Providers to identify you as a user of the Service, and to allow you to find other users and to connect with them on the Portal and/or Platform, and to support the socialising function of the Services (where applicable); and
  • facilitating the integration of third party’s loyalty membership programmes with our Portal and/or Platform.

(6)         marketing and advertising, including but not limited to:

  • providing you with information we think you may find useful or which you have requested from us;
  • sending you marketing or promotional information about our or third-party(ies)’ products and services on our Portal and/or Platform from time to time;
  • enabling us conduct marketing and advertising; and
  • promoting the Services and use the information that you give to us, such as user-generated content (including video content) that you can choose to upload or broadcast on our Portal and/or Platform and will be accessible on the Internet and may be shared by the public (the latter of which is not within our control), as part of our advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the Portal and/or Platform.

(7)           assisting and/or enabling us to:

  • know our users and/or users of the Portal and/or Platform better; and
  • conduct automated decision-making processes in accordance with any of the above purposes, which will be carried out in compliance with our obligations under applicable laws, including to notify and obtain your consent to the same (where applicable).

 

4.3       Where you are a member/ Contents Provides, the personal data which we collect from you or via third parties may be used for other purposes, as follows:

(1)         providing Services, including all matters related to, incidental with, consequence upon and/or in relation to your usage of the Services, such as:

  • listing your services;
  • displaying your name, username or profile on the Portal and/or Platform;
  • providing your personal information on to a third party (for example, users of the Portal and/or Platform, our affiliates) or relevant regulatory authority;
  • responding to your queries, feedback, claims or disputes, whether directly or through our third party service providers and/or agents;
  • verifying your documentation submitted to us to facilitate the provision of the Services;

(2)           marketing and advertising, including but not limited to:

  • sending you marketing or promotional materials about our or third-party(ies)’ products and services on our Platform or services which may be provided by us or our affiliates from time to time; and
  • enabling us conduct marketing and advertising.

(3)           assisting and/or enabling us to:

  • know our members and/or Contents Providers better; and
  • conduct automated processes in accordance with any of these purposes, which will be carried out in compliance with our obligations.

 

4.4       We may disclose and/or share your personal data and information with and/or transfer your personal data and information to our affiliates and/or third parties and/or authorities for the above-mentioned purposes. Our affiliates or third parties or authorities may be located in Malaysia or outside Malaysia.

 

4.5       In the event we disclose your personal data and information to our affiliates and/or third parties, we will use our reasonable endeavour to ensure that our affiliates and/or third parties keep your personal data and information secure from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, processing or similar risks and retain your personal data only for as long as your personal data is needed to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

 

4.6.      You hereby unconditionally and expressly agree, accept and consent to allow us to transfer or permit the transfer of your personal data and information outside of Malaysia for any of the purposes set out in this eVULX’s Privacy Policy.  In the event your personal data and information is to be transferred out of Malaysia, we will use our reasonable endeavour to ensure that the transfer is in compliance with applicable laws and the relevant country has equivalent of applicable standards on data privacy laws as Malaysia.

 

4.7       We may share your personal data and information with our affiliates and/or third party, or service providers or Contents Providers or users (whichever applicable or as the case may be)  in conjunction with your use of the Portal or Platform, or our Services. Your acceptance and use of our affiliate’s services or the third party service provider’s services shall be subject to terms and conditions as may be agreed between you and our affiliate or the third party service provider. Upon your acceptance of our affiliate’s service or the third party service provider’s service offering, the collection, use, disclosure, storage, transfer and processing of your personal data and information (including your personal data and any data disclosed by us to such affiliation or third party) shall be subject to the applicable privacy policy of our affiliate or the third party. You agree that any queries or complaints relating to your acceptance or use of our affiliate’s services or the third party service provider’s services shall be directed to the party named in the applicable privacy policy.

 

5. Withdrawal of Consent

 

5.1       You may communicate the withdrawal of your consent to the continued use, disclosure, storing and/or processing of your personal data and information by contacting us using the contact details under the column “Our Contact Details”, subject always to the terms and conditions and/or limitations imposed by us or applicable laws or regulations.

 

5.2       Please note that if you communicate your withdrawal of your consent to our use, disclosure, storing or processing of your personal data and information for the purposes and in the manner as stated above or exercise your other rights as available under applicable laws, we may not be in a position to continue to provide the Services to you or perform any contract we have with you, and we will not be liable in the event that we do not continue to provide the Services to, or perform our contract with you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.

 

Marketing and advertising information

5.3       You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing and advertising information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing and advertising material. 

 

6. Updating Your Personal Data

 

6.1         It is important that the personal data you provide to us is accurate and complete for you to continue using the Portal and/or Platform and for us to provide the Services. You are solely and fully responsible:

(a)             for ensuring that the personal data you provide to us is accurate and complete, and 

(b)             for informing us of changes to your personal data, or in the event you believe that the personal data we have about you is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date.

 

6.2         You can update your personal data anytime in the Portal and/or Platform.

 

6.3         You may also request correction of any error or omission in your personal data and/or retrieval of your personal data in our possession. In order to facilitate processing of your request, it may be necessary for us to request further information relating to your request. We may at our sole and absolute discretion impose certain terms and conditions on you (including  our right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for retrieving your personal data records)  before taking further action of your request and/or refuse to take such step as requested if your requests is in our sole opinion to be unreasonable.

 

7. Security

 

7.1         We strive to protect the security of your information to the best of our ability and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures. You unconditionally and irrevocably accept that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. The security of your personal data cannot be guaranteed. You shall solely and fully responsible in exercising caution with respect to the sharing of your personal data and your authentication / security details (such as passwords, transaction details) within and outside of our Portal/ Platform / Services.

 

7.2         To safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, processing, copying, modification, disposal, loss, misuse, modification or similar risks during the course of your use of our Portal and/or Platform and/or Services, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept that the following administrative, physical and technical measures as appropriate, sufficient and adequate:

             

We take the security of your information very seriously. To this end, we use several security techniques including secure servers, firewalls, and encryptions, as well as physical safeguard of the locations where the data are stored. We have in place appropriate administrative, technical, physical safeguards and security measures to protect the personal data you provide to us against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful loss, destruction, damage, alteration, access, disclosure or use and any other unlawful forms of processing. When we collect data, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. Whilst we are unable to guarantee 100% security, this makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of your information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

                   

8. Retention

 

8.1         We will only retain your personal data and information for as long as we are either required or permitted to by law or as relevant for the purposes for which it was collected and/or processed.

 

8.2         We will cease to retain your personal data by securely disposing of the same, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you through anonymisation, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purposes for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for any legal or business purpose.

 

9. Minors

 

9.1         eVULX does not allow minors to use of the Portal and/or Platform, nor does it intend to provide any of the Services to minors. We do not knowingly collect and/or process any personal data relating to minors.

 

9.2         You hereby confirm and warrant that you are above the age of minority and you are capable of understanding and accepting the terms of this eVULX’s Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, you may use our Portal and/or Platform ONLY (a) with the agreement and/or consent of a parent or legal guardian; and (b) under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

9.3         As a parent or legal guardian, it is your sole and full responsibility to not allow minors under your care to submit personal data to eVULX. In the event that such personal data of a minor is disclosed to eVULX, you hereby unconditionally agree and consent to the processing of the minor’s personal data and accept and agree to be bound by this eVULX’s Privacy Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions.  We will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of the Services and/or use of the Portal or Platform by yourself, users who act on your behalf or any unauthorised users. It is your sole and full responsibility to make your own informed decisions about the use of the Services and/or use of the Portal and/or Platform and take necessary steps to prevent any misuse of the Services and/or use of the Portal and/or Platform.

 

10. Third Party Sites

 

10.1       The Portal, Platform or website may contain links to other websites operated by other parties, such as our business affiliates, merchants or gateways. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites operated by these other parties. You are advised to check on the applicable privacy policies of those websites to determine how they will handle any information they collect from you.

 

10.2       Even if the third party is affiliated with us, we have no control over these third party websites, each of which may have their own separate privacy and data collection practices independent of us. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content, security arrangements (or lack thereof) and activities of these linked sites. These linked sites are only for your convenience and you therefore access them at your own risk. In this regard, you warrants that you have obtained the consent of  all such individuals to the provision of their data to us  for the foregoing purposes and for disclosure to such parties as stipulated above and you unconditionally and irrevocably undertake to extend a copy of this Notice to all such individuals, which expression shall include all such existing and new partners or office-bearers (as the case may be) from time to time;

 

  • you are a company or corporation, the giving of this Notice addressed to the company or corporation shall be deemed as notice given to all the directors or shareholders or officers (as the case may be) of such whose data are collected and/or processed by us for the purposes as stated herein. This eVULX’s Privacy Policy is available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the English version shall prevail.
