Times are changing and when we look at today’s leaders, we see as many inspiring women leaders as there are men. Developed during International Women’s Month in March, this half day workshop aims to empower women to go beyond stereotypes, recognise their strengths and craft their own Purpose Statement.
 
This workshop is designed for women leaders to take a refreshing break from their busy routines to reconnect to the core of who they are. They will have a space to openly share their challenges, and learn from the group's accumulated experiences and wisdom, as well as their own inner voice.
Learning Objectives

1. Understand the inner conflict that many women leaders go through : to follow male leaders or to follow their own compass?
2. Guide participants to focus on their most important core values and craft a Personal Purpose Statement defining the their own brand of leadership
3. Coach participants to develop an Action Plan to bring their leadership style to life.
