Content Delivery Method

This is a highly interactive session designed to communicate program objectives to participants.

Participants will be guided to use the structured Six Sigma methodology and tools in their own functional area. This program utilises a combination of short lectures, group discussions, hands-on activities and
case studies to communicate program objectives to participants.

Participants are encouraged to use examples from their own functional areas in group discussions.
Microsoft Excel will also be used to demonstrate the use of Six Sigma tools. Participants are required to bring their own computers with Microsoft Excel.
